OEKO-TEX certification
What does OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 mean?
What is this certificate?
It is an independent, global certification for textile products that confirms the product has been tested in accredited laboratories to ensure it is free from harmful substances within specified limits. Every component of the product, from the fabric to the thread, buttons, and accessories, is tested against a list of over 1,000 harmful substances.
Do you know why this is important?
Because pillows and hair ties are part of your daily routine, they come into contact with your skin and hair every day. The more a product comes into contact with your skin, the stricter the testing requirements. Therefore, products are divided into four categories, with the strictest being products for children up to three years old, followed by products that come into direct contact with the skin, such as bedding.

What is it that the testimony does not say?
The certificate pertains to the product's safety from harmful substances. It does not specify the type, quality, or weight of the material, nor does it mean that anyone will not be allergic to any product, as skin varies from person to person.
How do you verify the certificate?
You can verify the validity of any OEKO-TEX® certificate by entering the certificate number (or scanning the QR code on the label) into the official label verification service.
